Customers, Contacts, and Establishments
Context
In order to optimize the follow-up of interactions, purchases, and the commercial, industrial, or professional activities of partner companies, you plan to systematically list them in your database according to their price category. You register CreaCo as a professional and designate Mr. Robert VALEMENT as the contact person responsible for managing exchanges.
Once this is registered, you can easily view customers located in the geographical surroundings of your CreaCo professional customer.
This approach also includes customers who purchase your products or services for personal use, meaning particular customers such as Mrs. Viviane GRELIER.
Furthermore, if your company expands by opening a second establishment for a new production unit, it will have its own SIRET number, ensuring distinction while remaining affiliated with the original company.
Implementation in Simax
Creating a professional customer
To create a customer, follow CRM > Customer > Customers, then click [[New]].

And first choose Professional customer.

Then fill in the customer information.

Customer type: Professionnal
[Address]

[[Close customer]] allows you to access customers located in the geographical surroundings of the professional customer when the customer is registered.

Create a particular customer
To create a particular client, follow the same steps as for creating a professional, but select Particular customer this time.
Enter customer information and contact details in [General] and [Address].

For a particular customer, the date of birth can be an interesting piece of information, especially for special birthday offers, etc.
Note: A particular customer is already a contact, so they can also be a contact for a professional customer.
