# Map and geolocation

Quickly view your customers and prospects on an interactive map. Locate nearby appointments and optimize your travel with a geographical view.

## Close customers

Simax allows you to identify close customers based on the addresses indicated on their respective websites.

To visualize customers located near a customer, simply access their file via the menu **CRM > Customer > Customers,** select the customer concerned, and then click on **\[\[Modify]].**

It is possible to view customers located within a defined radius (default: 50 km) on a map.

## Nearby appointments

From the CRM dashboard, it is possible to view **nearby appointments** on a map in order to optimize travel.

Go to **CRM > Sales dashboard**, then click \[\[**Nearby appointments**]].

Appointments are limited to those in the current month, but it is possible to filter them over a longer period.

On the map, it is possible to visualize:

* **Appointments:** green marker
* **Healthy customers:** blue marker
* **Prospects:** to be checked in the customer settings **(Settings > Plug-ins and options**, **\[\[Customer]])**, yellow marker
* **At-risk Customers** : to be defined in the customer settings (**Settings >  Plug-ins and options**, **\[\[Customer]])**, red marker

If you do not want to consider customers who have not visited as outstanding customers, enter 0 in the “Number of months without a visit” field.
