Quickly view your customers and prospects on an interactive map. Locate nearby appointments and optimize your travel with a geographical view.

Close customers

Simax allows you to identify close customers based on the addresses indicated on their respective websites.

To visualize customers located near a customer, simply access their file via the menu CRM > Customer > Customers, select the customer concerned, and then click on [[Modify]].

It is possible to view customers located within a defined radius (default: 50 km) on a map.

Appointments are limited to those in the current month, but it is possible to filter them over a longer period.

On the map, it is possible to visualize:

• Appointments: green marker

• Healthy customers: blue marker

• Prospects: to be checked in the customer settings (Settings > Plug-ins and options, [[Customer]]), yellow marker

• At-risk Customers : to be defined in the customer settings (Settings > Plug-ins and options, [[Customer]]), red marker

If you do not want to consider customers who have not visited as outstanding customers, enter 0 in the “Number of months without a visit” field.
