# Installation de la base de donnée

Installer le serveur de base de données choisi s'il n’est pas déjà présent (MySQL par exemple). 

La base de données doit être correctement paramétrée. C’est-à-dire : 

* Créer un utilisateur pour SIMAX avec tous les droits sur la base et vérifier que dans la partie host il y a bien ‘%’ 
* Paramétrer le « Max packet size » à 16 Mo (variable MySQL : max\_allowed\_packet) 
* Vérifier la taille du cache, elle doit être à 10 Mo (variable MySQL : query\_cache\_size) 

Pour toute question relative à votre base de données, reportez-vous aux informations techniques en ligne de votre base (ex pour MYSQL : <https://www.mysql.com>)
