# Gestion des catégories Exchange
Dans Outlook il existe un seul formulaire de saisie qui permet de remplir les informations du rendez-vous. Outlook propose de choisir une catégorie déplacement; rendez-vous, visite etc... Ce n'est pas obligatoire, cependant la catégorie permet d'identifier la nature du rendez-vous.
SIMAX vous propose de scinder en différents formulaires les planifications de ressources.
*Exemple : le formulaire de congé sera différent du formulaire déplacement.*
Une catégorie Outlook correspond souvent à un formulaire SIMAX.
SIMAX offre la possibilité de synchroniser une ou plusieurs catégories des rendez-vous d'Outlook vers un ou plusieurs formulaires SIMAX.
Vous pouvez aussi lancer un automatisme qui permet de lancer toutes les synchronisations paramétrées afin de synchroniser toutes les catégories d'Outlook vers les formulaires SIMAX correspondants.
