# Introduction

Le service après-vente est un élément essentiel de la relation client et de la valorisation du savoir-faire de l’entreprise. Le module Service Après-Vente de SIMAX permet d’optimiser la gestion des incidents et des interventions grâce à des outils performants tels que la création automatique de tickets depuis les e-mails, le suivi du parc client, des contrats de maintenance et des garanties.
