# Gestion des matériels

La construction de l’autoroute nécessite des ciments et des graviers.

### Création des commandes

Lorsque les articles sont créés, vous devez passer la commande en allant dans **Vente > Commande > Créer commande**, puis créer les lignes de commandes relatives aux ciments et aux graviers.

Et **\[\[Enregistrer]]**.

### Gestion des matériels

Après la commande fût créée, vous allez revenir dans le projet et rattacher les tâches projets 2 et 3 par leur ligne de commande respective.

Tâche projet n°2 : Achat ciment

Tâche projet n°2 : Achat Gravier

Par la suite, vous pouvez constater dans **\[Rentabilité]** la rentabilité sur l’ensemble des tâches créées.

Vous pouvez voir également dans **\[Pièces liées]** que le projet est lié à la commande de ciment et gravier.

Pour pouvoir commencer le projet, vous devez procéder à la commande fournisseur. Vous devez ainsi aller dans **\[Matériel]**, puis sur **\[\[commande fournisseur]]**.

Vous arrivez directement dans la commande fournisseur. Il vous suffit de **\[\[Enregistrer]]**.

Vous procèderez par la suite à la réception de la commande en cliquant sur **\[\[Réceptionner]]**

Choisissez la personne qui va réceptionner,

Et **\[\[Valider la réception]]**.

Lorsque vous revenez dans le projet puis **\[Matériel]**, vous pouvez voir que les stocks ont été approvisionnés. Vous devrez ensuite préparer la commande en cliquant sur **\[\[Préparer]]**.

Choisissez la personne qui va préparer la commande,
