# Introduction

Le module de **gestion de projets** de **SIMAX** permet d’assurer un suivi **rigoureux**, **traçable** et **rentable** de chaque projet. Il centralise le **pilotage**, la **planification** et l’**analyse de rentabilité**.

Le module s’appuie sur des **devis types**, ajustables selon les besoins du **client**. Cette approche permet de créer rapidement un **projet** cohérent dès la **commande**.

SIMAX prend en charge plusieurs **types de projets**, qu’il s’agisse de **projets commerciaux** ou de **projets de mise au point produit**. Chaque projet regroupe un ensemble de **tâches**, des **jalons** et un **suivi des temps passés** par les différents **acteurs**.

Les **tâches projet** sont également intégrées aux **tâches diverses** affectées aux **utilisateurs**.
