# Facturation sur situation

La société **AMB & ST** projette la **construction d’un nouveau local**. Les **phases du chantier** sont les suivantes :

* **11/11/2024** : **Élaboration du plan**
* **15/12/2024** : **Achat des matériaux et démarrage des travaux**
* **16/01/2025** : **Finition du gros œuvre**

La **facturation** sera effectuée **à la fin de chaque situation**, selon l’avancement des travaux.

Tout d’abord, il est nécessaire de **créer le projet** en accédant à **Projet > Projets**, puis en cliquant sur **\[\[Créer]]**.\
Sélectionnez ensuite le **mode de facturation** : **« Sur situation »**.

Pour **créer une situation**, rendez-vous dans **Projet > Situations**, puis cliquez sur **\[\[Créer]]** en bas de la liste.

Ensuite, il est recommandé de **créer une situation** et de **l’enregistrer sans la facturer immédiatement**.

Pour **accéder à la liste des situations**, allez dans **Projet > Projets**, ouvrez le **projet concerné**, puis cliquez sur **\[Facturation]** et enfin sur **\[\[Historique des situations]]**.\
Vous pourrez alors **sélectionner et facturer chaque situation individuellement**, au moment souhaité.

Par la suite, vous pourrez **la sélectionner et la facturer ultérieurement**, selon vos besoins.
