# Introduction
Le module CRM de SIMAX optimise l’organisation de la force commerciale en structurant secteurs et objectifs tout en assurant le suivi des clients et prospects. Il permet de détecter et gérer des opportunités, de tracer les activités commerciales, de faciliter les relances et d’émettre des devis. Le workflow d’ouverture de compte envoie une alerte au service comptabilité, qui vérifie la solvabilité du client et définit un délai ainsi qu’un mode de paiement adapté.
