Manufacturing operations

A manufacturing operation is a specific production step required to produce a finished product.

Now that all the necessary components have been supplied, Aloé Vera, an employee at MASOCIETE, can start the process of making yogurt in pots.

Once the potting is complete, she records the end of the operation in the system and then proceeds to receive the production. This action automatically updates the status of the initial order from customer EK France, which then changes to 70 – Order to be prepared.

Implementation

To start the manufacturing operation, go to Production > operation start.

Select the Operator*, the Production Order to which it is associated, and the rest will be filled in automatically.

[[Save]], and the operator will get to work.

When the operation is complete, simply go to Production > operation End, and you can create the time entry for the completed operation by entering the quantity manufactured, and |Completed| will be automatically checked.
