It begins by identifying the item to be produced, drawing up bills of materials (necessary components) and work schedules (manufacturing steps). Once preparation is complete, production management takes over with the creation of manufacturing orders, monitoring of operations, and manufacturing declarations made by operators. Finally, the module also integrates the management of machines, workstations, and their maintenance to ensure efficient planning and smooth production.
