Creating a group company and its establishments

Context

Patrick HERPIN took the initiative of creating a company called MASOCIETE, which stands out for the diversity of its activities. In fact, it simultaneously carries out trading, production, service and training activities. MASOCIETE's main objective is to meet the diverse needs of the market in an agile and efficient manner.

MASOCIETE's legal structure is a SARL (limited liability company), registered under SIRET number 123 456 789 00001. Its head office is located in Montpellier (34080), Avenue des Moulins.

As part of its development, MASOCIETE has set up three establishments or branches to strengthen its presence in the country and diversify its offerings:

The Head office : A trading establishment based in the Hérault department.

The sales agency : An establishment dedicated to the production and sale of furniture, also based in the Hérault department.

Training & development: A training establishment located in Paris, dedicated to the development of learners' skills.

This organization enables MASOCIETE to cover several strategic sectors and adapt to the needs of its customers, whether local or national.

Implementation in Simax

First, create the MASOCIETE company by clicking on Files > Company of the group, then [[New]].

There are 2 ways to create MASOCIETE-related establishments: either through Files > Establishment, then [[New]], or in [Organization] then [[New]].

Once all the establishments have been created, the list is displayed.

Click [[Save]] to confirm the creation of MASOCIETE and its establishments.
