# Recruitment and Applicants

Context:

A rapidly growing company specializing in sustainable technology has been expanding rapidly in recent years. To support this growth, Camille, the human resources manager, has launched a recruitment process by posting a job offer for a traveling sales representative and an internship offer for an assistant project manager.

Marieline Berger, interested in the position of Sales Representative, submits her application. Camille then schedules a job interview for October 31, 2024, making sure to also record Marieline's information in the applicant database. She then proceeds to assess the skills required for the position.

At the end of the recruitment process, Camille concludes that Marieline Berger is the perfect fit for the company's needs. She therefore decides to hire her for the position of traveling sales representative, thereby strengthening the sales team in light of the company's rapid expansion.

Deluxe Marc assistant project manager notices that his team members are having difficulty communicating with English-speaking clients. Without further ado, he asks the HR department to create a job posting for an English teacher to help his team improve their skills, especially their speaking ability. Camille, the Human Resources Manager, also specifies the start and end dates of the teacher's employment with the company and chooses a fixed-term contract, as this will only be a temporary position. She doesn't want this recruitment process to drag on, so she marks the status of the request as “to be filled.” She then lists a few descriptions of the person who will soon be hired.

He classifies this request as a Job Offer, and it is in the latter that he specifies how much the English teacher will be paid. He then fills in the purpose of the position, the working conditions, the duties, and the skills required of the English teacher in the job description for this offer.
