# Resource planning and leave management

Context:&#x20;

Camille organizes annual reviews to assess each employee's performance. During these internal meetings, Herpin employees undergo an evaluation interview with their line manager Yves, based on specific questionnaires prepared for each position, while the line manager reviews the tasks completed.

In fact, every employee can submit a leave request, and as soon as a request is made, Camille receives an automatic notification to approve it, ensuring effective tracking of absences and availability.

## Implementation in SIMAX&#x20;

### HR questionnaire

Under **HR > Training and Skills > HR Questionnaire.**

It creates HR questionnaires for each position using the questions asked in the HR questionnaire.

### Annual interview

For an assessment of each employee, go to **HR > Training and Skills > HR Interviews and \[\[New]].**

<figure><img src="https://3774355255-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FzEcRYDc0Yd5qgDsaJt5p%2Fuploads%2FzcIScdTZatS2gc2l8nTo%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=c6ab06cd-2d7d-43eb-9b69-6cb91d175957" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**\[Mission assessment]:**

A mission assessment is carried out by the N+1 manager.

<figure><img src="https://3774355255-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FzEcRYDc0Yd5qgDsaJt5p%2Fuploads%2FJMNWHthPwV39JBbvfWfT%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=d456fbe6-60ee-4171-b950-f37799c5eddc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

*Note:*&#x20;

Annual interviews are resource plans and therefore appear in the planning schedule.

### Leave request

From **HR > Leaves > All leaves**.

SIMAX then automatically calculates the duration of leave, taking working days into account.

<figure><img src="https://3774355255-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FzEcRYDc0Yd5qgDsaJt5p%2Fuploads%2FqQgy49oYs6k89WKumFIA%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=57708068-6d17-4b3d-b47b-96ffc98305c9" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***Note:***&#x20;

After saving, the request will appear in the list of Leave to be approved. If the N+1 is entered in the employee's file in **\[Team]** via **HR > Leaves > Leaves to be validated**, they will see the leave requests from their team that still need to be approved.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://doc.simax.fr/documentation-simax-anglais/functional/human-resources/resource-planning-and-leave-management.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
