Entry archives

To ensure the integrity of FEC files generated by Simax, they are signed both at the file level and at the line level, in order to preserve the order of entries.

Each generated FEC file, as well as each journal export, automatically creates an archive that can be accessed via: Accounting > Archives > Archives.

You can re-download at any time an FEC file that you have previously generated.

To verify the authenticity of the file and ensure that no modifications have been made, you can use the tool available in: Accounting > Archives > Authenticity check. (Feature planned)
