Import / Export / Archives

The import and export tools allow you to easily manage accounting entries between Simax and other third-party software:

• Import of accounting entries: you can import entries from software such as EBP, Cegid, Sage, Ciel, as well as entries in FEC format.

• Export of accounting entries: Simax allows you to export entries in formats compatible with the same third-party software (Sage, Ciel, EBP, Quadra) and also in FEC format, to meet legal requirements for traceability and tax audits.

These features facilitate data migration, sharing with your accounting partners, and ensure the consistency and integrity of your entries during exchanges between systems. They are particularly useful for accounting firms, multi-company groups, or for audit preparation.
