Monthly monitoring of accounts evolution

In Simax, it is possible to monitor the monthly evolution of different accounts on a single screen, making analysis and decision-making easier based on each account’s balances. You can also access the details to perform usual actions such as matching or entry corrections.

Via Accounting > Queries > Monthly accounts evolution, you can view statistics showing the monthly balances of accounts.

You can filter the data by:

• the fiscal year

• the account class

• the account type

• a specific account

It is also possible to filter by a specific date range.

By clicking on a balance and double-clicking, you can directly access the accounting entries that generated this balance.

By selecting the entries of your choice, you can then perform standard actions such as:

• Match

• Unmatch

• Reverse

• Edit an entry if necessary.
