# Entry archives

To ensure the **integrity of FEC files** generated by Simax, they are **signed both at the file level and at the line level**, in order to **preserve the order of entries.**

Each generated FEC file, as well as each journal export, automatically creates an **archive that can be accessed** via:\
**Accounting > Archives > Archives.**

You can **re-download at any time** an FEC file that you have previously generated.

To **verify the authenticity of the file** and ensure that no modifications have been made, you can use the tool available in:\
**Accounting > Archives > Authenticity check.**\
